Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off nights 18:00-06:00
Salary: £13.10 per hour
Based: Wolverhampton

 

 

Romac Logistics are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Night Supervisor, to join our team based in Wolverhampton.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

• Responsible in achieving Industry leading KPI’s in Health & Safety, service, and performance.

• Managing all aspects of the receipt, handling, and despatch of stock.

• Monitor sickness and absence through effective Management skills.

• Accountable for Health & safety requirements and events in the workplace to ensure a safe environment for your colleagues and Contractors.

• Ensure all customer service requests are dealt with efficiently.

• Driving a can-do culture by adopting a hands-on approach.

• Develop and mentor members of your team.

• Ensure a smooth and timely handover is executed.

 

 

Skills and Experience:

 

• Previous experience of Warehousing/Cold store environment.

• You must be a strong communicator, who is able to prioritise tasks in a timely organised manner.

• Excellent people management skills required.

• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer literate must be proficient with Microsoft packages and WMS systems.

• Ability to work well with others.

• Attention to detail.
