CORPORATE REPORT

Modern slavery
statement

Published 18 July 2023

At Romac Logistics, we recognise the seriousness of modern slavery and human trafficking and take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of forced labor, whether in the supply chain or anywhere else.

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or our supply chain. We take our commitment to the fight against modern slavery and human trafficking very seriously and continuously strive to embed the principles and spirit of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 into our organisation.

We have a rigorous Compliance Program in place to ensure that our supply chain is free from modern slavery and human trafficking. We have established procedures and policies that are designed to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risk of modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our supply chain. We impose stringent vetting procedures for all our suppliers, partners and service providers.

We regularly review our suppliers and ensure that they are compliant with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, as well as our own policies and procedures. We are committed to working with those suppliers and partners who share the same values. We also make sure to engage with our suppliers and partners on steps they can take to ensure they are compliant with the legislation.

We are committed to continuing to develop our Compliance Program to ensure our suppliers and partners are compliant with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and that our business is free from modern slavery and human trafficking. We will continue to monitor our suppliers and partners to ensure that they are adhering to our standards.
