Romac Logistics are currently recruiting for a Industrial Door Engineer to join our team based in Middleton, Manchester.

Role and Responsibilities:
• The role involves delivering a full schedule of works, on time and to budget.
• Handling new and existing contracts.
• Commercial/Industrial jobs.
• To ensure all daily planned and routine work is completed and to ensure that all breakdowns are attended to and rectified in a line with departmental objectives in a safe manner, causing minimum downtime and preventing business disruption.
• A good understanding of health and safety and the build process, team player is a must.
• There will be driving between contracts so a clean driving licence is a must.
Skills and Experience:
• Bay door/Roller Shutters experience is preferred
• Automatic Gates
• Traffic Barriers and Associated equipment
• 3 phase electrical experience and fault finding an advantage
• An eye for detail and working to a high standard.
• To be able to work well with others and build a strong team.
• Confident working alone.
• Someone who is confident has good face-to-face skills and is comfortable outlining further work to the client.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills & should be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device.
