Shift Pattern: Sunday – Thursday, day shift
Salary: Monday to Thursday £16.13 per hour and Sunday £17.45 per hour
Based: Middleton, Manchester

Romac Logistics are currently recruiting for a Driver Trainer to join our team based in Middleton, Manchester.

Roles and Responsibilities:

​

• Driving training initiatives.

• Provide hands-on instruction and guidance during driving practice sessions.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their driving skills.

• Fostering a proactive team ethos within the Transport Department.

• Ensure trainees understand and adhere to all applicable traffic laws and regulation.

• Assist with the development of training materials and resources.

Skills and Experience:

​

• HGV C+E licence

• Full Driver CPC

• Computer literate

• Knowledge of licence & CPC requirements

• Familiarity with EU Driver Hours Rules and the Working Time Directive
