Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 
Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year

Based: Alfreton, Derbyshire

Romac Logistics is looking for a proactive Warehouse Systems Specialist to support and develop our Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS across multiple operational sites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams are fully supported, processes are optimised, and our systems evolve in line with business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for WMS user queries and system issues

• Configure Blue Yonder WMS settings and assist with new site rollouts

• Deliver hands-on training to warehouse and operational teams

• Work closely with IT and Operations to maintain accurate inventory, rotation, and loading processes

• Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and system utilisation

• Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials

• Support integration projects between WMS, TMS, and EDI platforms

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (Blue Yonder preferred)

• Background in warehouse operations such as picking, storage, and inventory management

• Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence configuring system settings

• Ability to train, support, and communicate effectively with end users

• Good Excel skills and comfort working with data
