Romac Logistics Ltd are a rapidly expanding company in the Logistics sector, delivering high quality innovative solutions within their markets, who are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Service Co-Ordinator’s to assist the team based in Eccles.
Customer Service Co-ordinator Job Purpose:
First line communication for customer service with Romac Logistics key account portfolio
Ownership of KPI collation and distribution for each key account
Supporting the Commercial Director to deliver the business overall objectives and business plan
Create, forge and maintain strong relationships within each contract and internal Romac colleagues
Sense new opportunities to improve client processes and relationship
Identify opportunity and deliver improvements, efficiencies and financial benefits
Experience of working in a customer services environment
Transport and Warehousing and supply chain knowledge would be advantageous
KPI Management Experience
Working within tight deadlines and under pressure
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word package
This is a fast moving and dynamic work environment, which would suit an outgoing individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately.
